CFW Projects has designed a range of models for the catalyst industry. This popular line offers great compactness, full part traceability, low maintenance and ease of operation. It is also much more energy efficient than belt models. This type of dryer does have speed limitations which are addressed by our linear indexing range.

Rotary indexing units provide a complete and accurate solution for drying and calcining the catalysts that adhere to various metal and ceramic carriers. The indexing system allows a catalyst to enter and leave the unit at nearly the same place. Together with the relatively small size of the dryers, this presents the manufacturer with greater factory layout flexibility.
